So tonight my brother, my sister-in-law and I took my nephew to his first carnival not too far away from where I live. I was especially happy and honored to be a part of one of his "firsts" in his life, that's some pretty cool stuff. The night was full of people, good local music and stomach filling carnival food. The evening menu included fried noodles, bbq sticks, soda, funnel cake and lemonade, life is good. Because my nephew is still a lil guy, jus' a lil over one year old, he couldn't go on much rides so he went on that oversized slide with my brother and we all went on the ferris wheel.
